Account access is for the registered user (or an authorized team under a valid team plan). Sharing credentials outside your organization or circumventing seat limits is prohibited.

Fees are charged in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable regulations.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. If your payment method fails, we may suspend access until payment is completed.

All sales are final except where required by law. If you believe there was a billing error, contact us within a reasonable time and include relevant details so we can investigate.

The Service, including course content, videos, text, graphics, templates, and any related materials, is owned by PureFloristry Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal learning and training purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works of, or exploit the content except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, in no event will PureFloristry Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
